HLCV BOREALIS sale of construction contracts

Nordic Heavy Lift ASA (NHL) announces that effective 16 December 2009 it has sold the construction contracts for the DP3 5,000 tonne heavy lift crane vessel BOREALIS to a subsidiary within the Acergy Group.

Acergy will complete the HLCV BOREALIS and will also install pipelay capacity as one of the added features.
